Shipping
Orders typically are shipped in 2-3 business working days (excluding all Sundays and Festival Holidays) in non-peak days. In peak days it may take upto 4-5 working days. Upon shipping you will be notified with the tracking number.
We use FeDex Express as our shipping carriers for fast delivery of your orders.
Payment
You can easily pay using Master or Visa Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPIs such as BHIM and GPay, and Online Wallets such as Paytm, PhonePe, Freecharge, OlaMoney, Oxigen and Airtel Money.
Product
You can request for the replacement of your product within 10 days from the day of delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or exchange.
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel any of your orders after it has been shipped. However you can request for the replacement if you receive any damaged or defected item from our side.
Products can only be returned or exchanged if you receive any defected or damaged product or you have received any wrong product from our end. Products that have been ordered by the customer mistakenly or needing exchange in place of the previously ordered products are not entitled for returns or exchange.
