Shipping charges vary based on order weight, size, and delivery location. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout. Free delivery is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999, applicable every day.
Courier companies charge additional fees for Cash on Delivery (COD) services due to cash handling, higher return risk, and extra processing involved. To avoid these extra charges, we recommend choosing a prepaid payment method at checkout.
We do not have direct contact numbers for delivery personnel, as orders are shipped through third-party courier partners. In some cases, you may receive the delivery person’s contact details when your order is out for delivery; however, this depends on the courier company’s policy.
If you face any delivery-related issues, you can contact the courier company directly for assistance or reach out to our support team, and we will raise a ticket with the courier partner on your behalf.
Yes. Our store is located in Sector-16, Faridabad. You can choose the Self-Pickup option at checkout and collect your order directly from our store.
Alternatively, you may book a pickup rider using services like Porter or Rapido for faster delivery to your address. Please note that order packing may take up to 4 hours. We recommend contacting us before visiting or booking any pickup service to ensure your order is ready
Payments
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other secure online payment methods.
COD availability depends on the delivery location, order value & products. If available, it will be shown at checkout.

If your payment was deducted from your bank account but the order was not successfully placed, there is no need to worry. Please share the transaction screenshot with our support team and allow 24–72 hours for the amount to be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
We also recommend contacting your bank for confirmation, while we coordinate with our payment gateway to resolve the issue.
Products & Stock
Basic quality checks are performed. However, most components are not pre-programmed or pre-tested individually due to their nature.
You can subscribe to the alert available on the product page to be notified when the item is back in stock. You may also check back later or contact us for restock information. Stock availability is updated regularly on the website.
Yes, we source products from trusted manufacturers and suppliers. Product descriptions mention brand details wherever applicable.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Please report issues within the 3 days of delivery.

At Makerbazar, we focus on offering products at the lowest possible prices and passing maximum benefits to makers. To avoid unnecessary return shipping charges, the auto-return option is disabled.
However, in valid cases, returns may be accepted after discussion and approval from our customer care team. In such cases, products must be shipped to the shared return address at the customer’s own cost. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
