This latest upgrade 5-axis breakout board is designed for seamless control of CNC machines using 1-5 axis stepper driver controllers such as TB6560, M542, M542H, MA860H, and more. It is fully compatible with popular CNC control software like MACH3, EMC2, and KCAM4, making it an excellent choice for custom CNC setups.
The board is equipped with optocoupler isolation to ensure safe and stable operation by protecting your computer from electrical surges. With a wide input voltage range of 12-24V and anti-reverse protection, it offers flexibility in various setups. The integration of both USB power supply and peripheral power protection ensures added safety during use.
Key functions include controlling stepper motors, relays for spindles, and pumps via dedicated output ports. It also features a 0-10V analog voltage output for precise spindle speed control, accessible through an optocoupler-isolated interface.
