Description

Pipe Insulation Foam Tube – Thermal Insulation for Hot & Cold Water Pipes (Black/Nitrile Rubber/XLPE)

Pipe Insulation Foam Tubes are lightweight, flexible, and closed-cell insulation sleeves designed to protect piping systems from heat loss, condensation, and mechanical damage. Commonly used in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial systems, these tubes are made of Nitrile Rubber (NBR/PVC) or XLPE Foam, offering excellent thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and UV stability.

Available in various inner diameters (ID) and wall thicknesses, these foam tubes are ideal for both hot and cold water pipes, air-conditioning lines, refrigerant piping, and ducting.

Key Features:

  • Thermal Insulation – Prevents heat loss in hot pipes & condensation in cold pipes

  • Closed-cell Foam Structure – Moisture-resistant and prevents mold growth

  • Energy Efficient – Reduces energy consumption by maintaining temperature

  • Easy Installation – Flexible and pre-slit options available for retrofit

  • Weather & UV Resistant – Suitable for outdoor piping with added protection

  • Noise Dampening – Minimizes vibration and operational noise
