BPW34 High-Speed PIN Photodiode Sensor for Visible & Infrared Light Detection
The BPW34 PIN Photodiode is a high-speed, high-sensitivity silicon photodiode designed for precise detection of visible and near-infrared (NIR) light. Housed in a compact DIP-2 package, it offers excellent linearity, low dark current, and fast response time, making it ideal for optical sensing, light measurement, IR communication, and scientific instrumentation.
