Description
CAAV-3116S 100W Dual Channel Class D Stereo Audio Amplifier Board
The CAAV-3116S 100W Dual Channel Digital Power Amplifier Board is a compact Class D audio amplifier module designed for stereo sound systems, DIY audio projects, and custom speaker builds. It provides two output channels for left and right speakers, with a stated total output of 100W (50W per channel).
Operating from a DC 12V–24V supply, this board supports compatible 4Ω to 8Ω speakers. For higher output performance, a suitable 19V–24V DC power supply with a current rating above 4A is recommended, subject to speaker impedance, cooling, and operating conditions.
The board features an onboard heatsink, power-filtering components, and separate left- and right-channel volume adjustment trimmers. Its compact design makes it suitable for custom stereo amplifiers, desktop audio systems, and electronics prototyping.
Note: Actual output power depends on supply voltage, speaker impedance, power-supply capability, cooling, and distortion limits.

Precautions
-
Use a regulated DC power supply within the specified 12V–24V input range.
-
Check the power supply's polarity before connecting it.
-
Use speakers with an impedance of 4Ω–8Ω.
-
Ensure the power supply can deliver sufficient current for the intended output.
-
Avoid short circuits at the speaker outputs and power terminals.
-
Provide adequate ventilation around the heatsink.
-
Do not touch exposed circuitry while powered.
-
Turn off the power before changing wiring or speakers.
-
Avoid exceeding the board's actual power-handling limits; the stated 100W output depends on operating conditions.
-
Confirm input and output terminal markings before installation.
