Description

HC-020k LM393 Code Counter Beam Speed Infrared Sensor  Board / Groove Coupler Module For Arduino

The Encoder Photoelectric Speed Measuring Module is a compact device that combines an encoder and a photoelectric sensor to accurately measure the speed of rotating objects. It utilizes the encoder to convert rotational motion into digital signals and the photoelectric sensor to detect the markings on the rotating object. The module then processes these signals to calculate the rotational speed, making it ideal for applications requiring precise speed measurement, such as industrial machinery, robotics, and hobbyist projects.

A.3 Pin Black Infrared Speed Measurement Sensor

The Encoder Photoelectric Speed Measuring Module utilizes digital output points and is equipped with a Photoelectric Sensor. Its main chip includes the LM393 and the WYC-H2010 IR Opto-interrupter. The module operates on a working voltage of 5 volts DC, ensuring compatibility with standard power sources. This configuration enables accurate speed measurement of rotating objects by converting rotational motion into digital signals, making it suitable for various applications requiring precise speed monitoring.

B.3 Pin Blue Mini Speed Measurement Sensor

The slot-type photoelectric sensor integrates an infrared light-emitting diode and an NPN phototransistor within its design, featuring a groove width of 5.9 mm. When a non-transparent object passes through the slot, it triggers the sensor, which is commonly utilized in conjunction with our car code wheel. Upon activation, the sensor outputs a TTL low-level signal. To ensure signal stability, a Schmitt trigger is employed to denounce the pulse, resulting in a highly stable output suitable for tasks such as car speed measurement and distance calculation. The module includes M3 screw mounting holes at both ends, facilitating easy installation in various setups.

C.F429 Speed Measurement Sensor

The module operates within a flexible voltage range of 3.3 to 5.5 volts, ensuring compatibility with various power sources. It incorporates an imported groove coupler sensor with a precise groove width of 5mm, enabling accurate detection of objects passing through. When the sensor slots are obstructed, it outputs a high signal and the indicator light remains off; conversely, when there's no obstruction, it outputs a low signal and the light activates. Its output is in the form of digital switching, represented by 0 and 1 states. Utilizing the LM393 comparator output ensures clean signals with excellent waveform characteristics, capable of driving loads exceeding 15mA. Additionally, the module features a fixed bolt-hole for effortless mounting, enhancing its usability across diverse applications.

D.HC-020k Double Speed Measurement Sensor

The module operates within a voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, providing stable performance across various power supplies. Its transmit tube exhibits a pressure drop of Vf = 1.6V and operates at a current of 20mA, ensuring efficient signal transmission. The module offers signal output in two ways, A and B, both adhering to TTL level standards, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices. With a precision of 0.01mm, it delivers accurate measurements, crucial for applications demanding precision. Operating at a measurement frequency of 100 KHz, it swiftly captures and processes data. The encoder features a diameter of 24mm with a D hole diameter of 4mm, offering compatibility with standard shaft sizes. With an encoder resolution of 20 lines, it delivers fine-grained feedback, enabling precise control and measurement in various applications.
