Tried contacting customer care number several times but no one called to resolve issue. Issue 1) wanted to return the motor and replace with smaller size
Issue 2) Two of the micro chips (sensor) ordered were not soldered...hence we cud not use it...when tried calling customer care for guidance, it kept diverting to the AI chat bot but no call received. Very disappointed .
