Potassium permanganate is an inorganic chemical compound which combines manganese oxide ore with potassium hydroxide. Though the chemical is not widely known it possesses many applications in the chemical industry. The chemical is known as “Condy’s Crystal” which is named after the discoverer Henry BollmanCondy.
