I got my hands on a siron 60w soldering iron recently. Being an enthusiast I enjoyed performing soldering with this tool on circuits. It works flawlessly and due to its rugged construction, it doesn't overheat like cheap irons and maintains tip temperature even if you are a hard worker.
However, the tip isn't coated as shown in the images and on the box of the product. You get a standard nickel tip which will definitely wear out after sometime.
To avoid this, I'm using a custom Yihua 60w tip with a special black coating. It works flawlessly with this iron and fits well with the screw.
