The WIZnet W5500 is a hardwired Ethernet controller IC with an embedded TCP/IP protocol stack, supporting 10/100Mbps Ethernet connectivity via a SPI interface. Built for speed and efficiency, it supports up to 8 simultaneous sockets, ideal for embedded systems, IoT devices, home automation controllers, and industrial networking.
Thanks to its LQFP-48 package, the W5500 is compact and easily integratable into any PCB design.
